I just tried to retrieve the iTAN-Modi and got this error:

HBCI: 9800 - Der Dialog wurde abgebrochen. (M)
HBCI: 9391 - Unbekannte Kundensystem-ID, bitte synchronisieren Sie neu. (M)
Dialog wurde von der Bank abgebrochen. PIN scheint ungültig zu sein
Dialog aborted by server

I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, but these things are not so well known to
