WhenI want to import bank data by using .csv, I neither can open an existing
file, nor creat a new one. The fields are inactive.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE in German Version
1. Datei/Importieren/csv
2. activate "Banking"
3. Try to open or creae a file to import.

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens, nothing could be chosen.


EXPECTED RESULT
That a csv-file could be opened or created
