But, as Chris asked, which one to take? 4.8.3-3.1 or -3.7? There is no 
information on the difference between them. Last time I went there I 
took version -3.7, but it had a terrible locale error: 
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=405009
which has been resolved, but the linked files seem to be older than the fix.
