What is "Forecast (history)" in home page settings?

Nope, it's that way for a long time (also in 4.8 and maybe before that). I added a bug entry https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=406074 . In fact, the entry is unused and hence changing it has no effect on the application. So I simply removed it.
