As one example, the external calculator (configured in
Configure/KMyMoney/General/Global/External programs) can currently only be
launched by either configuring the Toolbar to include the appropriate icon or
by configuring a custom shortcut.   For all actions which can be configured in
those two ways, it should also be possible to launch them with a menu item. 
Perhaps under Tools could be an Actions entry, with all such actions under it,
or at least those that don't already have another existing menu item.
