The current KMyMoney windows release 4.8.4 from
https://download.kde.org/stable/kmymoney/4.8.4/, which has been cross
compiled for windows, already uses a registered product key. It also
provides aqbanking and GPG support out of the box.
For kmymoney5 it depends on updating
https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/windows:mingw:win64/mingw64-kmymoney5
(and
https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/windows:mingw:win32/mingw32-kmymoney5)
with the kmymoney 5.0.6 source tar ball. After rebuild is finished,
binary packages can be released at
https://download.kde.org/stable/kmymoney/5.0.6/
