Investment Account Import Issue

I've seen the same _Fees ... problem too but there appears to be a
guessed default activity and interest category on the recent imports.
While testing I'm pretty sure the Interest entry says interest even
when you assign the activity as a dividend.

The problem with fixing it is that it no longer matches on the next
import. I don't think is consistent behavior but I'm not sure if it's
bank or security specific or maybe a change in KMM.

It would be nice if we could assign default activities and default
interest categories for each security like we do with Payees. On top
of that it would be even better if it just used the latest values from
the most recent import of the same security. Reducing the import time
to minimize duplicate transactions is not ideal wince I could
eventually miss some if I don't import for a while.
