OFX Import Matching Problem

This issue came back to bite me again. I've tried both 5.0 and the
master branch with no difference.

Was something done that I'm not taking advantage of? If not is there a
plan to try and fix this? Having KMM use the splits from the
transaction with the closet amount with no limit on time does not make
sense.
