I think most notes on this issue are now in Bug 395227

I only needed the include added in Jonathan Riddell's commit, plus an  
additional include, since committed by Thomas.  The latter was only  
because I enabled the unfinished features.

I have completed a build with craft on Windows, but need to update and  
build with a consistent BuildType before I can create a package, but  
I'm hopeful that will complete successfully later today.

Hopefully this all means we are getting closer to something we can  
stabilize for a next release, and hopefully include a Windows package  
at the same time, even if that excludes encryption if the necessary gpg  
package is not available in time.
