[kmymoney] [Bug 391981] home page payments section show more/fewer schedules causes jump to top of page

I have compiled and tested this with WebEngine, and no apparent problems, but I
do NOT see anything about showing more or fewer schedules in the Payemnts
section of the home page.  Is that a configuration issue or a new bug?
