Not complete, only the windows part of the files has been uploaded, the

Bug https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=385167 showed me the subtile
differences between Windows and Linux releases: The Windows release does
not contain any translated documentation because it uses the
documentation provided by KDE online. Currently there are not all
translations ready (for example the german translation at
https://docs.kde.org/stable4/de/extragear-office/kmymoney/index.html)
but it does not affect the binary release for Windows. Users will see
updated doc immediatly. In the opposite the incomplete translated
documentation blocks the src tarball on linux.

I leave it up to you to decide if we should upload the src tarball with
the recent state of translated documentation or if we should wait some
more time and delay the announcement. It may also help to ping the
related translation teams.

This is the source tarball for the Windows release as designed in the
windows release package script (see maintainer subdir in kmymoney
source), which is more applicable for Windows users.
