Request for up to date translations for KMymoney4

That's up to each translation team.

Updating it is a duty of the release manager.

This is a duty of each translation team (regeneration of the documentation 
from the po files).

The website reflects the content of the translated docbook; it is currently 
updated weekly, no work needed.
