Request for up to date translations for KMymoney4

Hi,

the kmymoney team wants to release KMyMoney release 4.8.1 and it turns
out that some of the translations seems not to be complete.

After inspecting the workflow by trying create_tarball.rb from
https://cgit.kde.org/kde-dev-scripts.git/tree/createtarball it looks
that there are several stages affected:

- incomplete po files (see
https://l10n.kde.org/stats/doc/stable-kde4/po/kmymoney_whatsnew.po/)

- not up to date configuration for releasing tar balls (see
https://cgit.kde.org/kde-dev-scripts.git/tree/createtarball/config.ini#n240)

- not up to date docbook files in kde svn repo
(https://websvn.kde.org/branches/stable/l10n-kde4/de/docs/extragear-office/kmymoney/whatsnew.docbook?revision=1431016&view=markup,
which is still version 4.7.1)

- not up to date online docs (for example
https://docs.kde.org/stable4/de/extragear-office/kmymoney/index.html,
which is still version 4.6)

Is there any change to get this issue fixed ?
