As investment companies around the world do this differently, it should not be
mandatory in kmm to create a separate account for cash. Here in Canada, the
brokerage accounts offered by all the major banks (TD, Scotia Bank, RBC, CIBC
and BMO) have cash and securities in a single trading account.
