The error code looks more like a JSON response to me. This is not what the OFX
protocol expects.

Where did you get the URL and other information for online access from? Does
your bank claim to support OFX online banking? I don't see 'PC Financial'
listed on ofxhome.com which we use as directory service, so I assume you have
entered them manually.
