Frameworks branch needs new splash screen

I don't know if any other artwork needs revising, but certainly the  
splash screen needs to have the "4" removed, and some reference to  
"Frameworks" added.  I don't know if there are any standard suggestions  
from the main KDE releases on this topic.

I only found a few old messages related to artwork - does the KDE  
Artwork Team still exist, and does someone have a connection to ask if  
they will help with this?  Other than that, is there anyone on the list  
who might work on this?
