No, there is no option to save the password permanently. This is currently 
indented as most banks forbid the use of such functions. But we can discuss if 
we should support that anyway (see also Bug/Wishlist 339653).

This is also a known issue. I am still not sure how to fix it (Bug 344330). For 
sure I won't add a feature to manually delete the password cache – KMyMoney 
should automatically detect if a password was rejected and mark it invalid.

I am using the HBCI plugin of aqbanking. There the memo is imported correctly. 
If that is not the case for QIF imports, that is a bug (pretty sure it is in 
KMyMoney).

Well, at the moment this are all issues we should or must fix on KMyMoney side. 
The aqbanking mailing list would be the address for any upstream issues.
