I assume this is the frameworks branch.  Is there a concise list of  
requirements?  I have everything needed for master, but don't yet have  
anything from frameworks on my PC yet.  Hopefully everything I need can  
coexist, otherwise I suppose I'll have to use a virtual machine.

My initial try failed at not finding ecm, but I have no idea what that  
is, and don't see anything that looks relevant in my Gentoo package  
manager.  I assume it is part of frameworks - what's the best way to  
get myself up to speed on the various frameworks and related components?
