[Kmymoney-devel] Deleting loan account

If you have transactions to/from that account, you don't really want
to delete it, you only want to close it. Right? Otherwise you have
transactions going to nowhere, that breaks many accounting rules of
balance and such. Once the balance is 0 and all transactions have been
reconciled you can close it, so it still shows under Accounts, and is
accessible, but is not shown on the home screen and so on.
