So you are saying that you have an entered transaction for "Nicor Gas" with
amount 10.15 (for example) and importing a transaction with payee "NICOR GAS
ONLINE PMT 141014" with amount 10.15 will not match the two?

That was the case in previous versions, in the current version if payees are
present in both entered and imported transactions they should match.
