Sorry, changing the matching name does not fix the problem with mine.  
Selecting "match on payee name" with my payee name being "Nicor Gas" and 
the downloaded name "NICOR GAS ONLINE PMT 141014" doesn't fix it.

I think we might be talking about two separate problems, too; generally, 
I haven't needed to enable matching by name in Payees. In the past, 
KMyMoney has been able to match a downloaded transaction for exactly the 
same amount as a transaction in the register without having to specify a 
matching name.
