[Kmymoney-devel] Icons branch

Hello all,
I pushed a branch "icons" where I tried to use Oxygen icons as much as
possible. It does change the appearance quite a bit, I think, for the
better.

If you think it's better than what we have now, I can push it to master.

It still has some quirks, like the add buttons should on the upper
corner and not at the bottom, but I can solve that quickly if we
decide to go ahead.
