I'm using Kmymoney in SQL mode.  The MySQL server is on the LAN, but a
different machine.   

It seems to me the connection to the remote SQL database goes down when the
network connectivity shuts off in sleep mode.  When the laptop is brought out
of  sleep, kmymoney isn't currently capable of re-initializing the dropped
connection to the mysql server.
