Having gone so far to install from source, if you want to continue then 
you need to take care of dependencies, and you will find a couple more 
crop up as you continue with cmake.  I'm not sure of the names, but you 
will certainly need libkde4-dev(or -devel), or similar.  Also, I think 
you'll need libkdepimlibs4-dev, plus you'll need to build libalkimia 4.3.2.

If you would prefer not to, then I think from your earlier post that you 
are on Ubuntu 11.10, and I understand that their deb package is 
out-of-date.  However, you should look for the Claydoh PPA, where, I 
think you should find KMM 4.6.1.  I think Debian have it also in their 
testing? repo.
