In trying to debug further, I just installed a fresh KDE in a KUBUNTU
VirtualBox, as well as a fresh install of KDE on Windows.  In both cases,
setting the locale to Israel had no effect on KMyMoney (or anything else in
terms of RTL/LTR).  What language packs do you have installed, and in System
Settings, what are your language settings?  (My thoughts is that direction is
related to language, not to locale, so I'm wondering if the locale setting is
just a red herring, and the problem is elsewhere.)
