Leave the separator stuff for now. I changed it in locale so I can manage for 
the time being. A better organization of the upper part of the dialog should 
be the first priority and when you get space after reorganizing you can add a 
decimal separator option just like KSpread does. But first wait for me to 
commit my changes so we don't conflict.
