Well, I'm not sure what kind of calculations you wanted. But when you
sell a stock
the capital gain/loss is calculated as the difference between cost to
obtain those shares
and the net sale.

The tricky part is when you only sell some but not all of your shares
of that stock.
Determining which shares get sold varies for tax purpose, but for FIFO
basis, you
always sell the shares you bought earlier first.
