I know KMM doesn't do capital gain/loss calculation due to the complexity of
specifying the proper lots. However, if we use first-in fist-out basis, the
calculation of capital gain/loss is no longer unambiguous. (I had experiences
with two online brokerages. Both use FIFO basis in their capital gain/loss
report. And I'm satisied with it).

So this is a feature request for a FIFO capital gain/loss report. :)
