[Kmymoney-devel] kmymoney manual on the site updated

Hi,

I've been doing some updates of the kmymoney site. I've added the 4.5
documentation at http://kmymoney2.sourceforge.net/index-gen.html for
now manually but I will try to implement this step as a make target
(Thomas already started some work on this). I intend to update the
screenshots also.

Just wanted to let you know.
