Since upgrade from kmm2 to kmm4 the hbci import doesn't work properly anymore:
often kmm4 imports transactions as new transactions which I have alread
imported the last time. The result is, that I will get double transactions in
my ledger. 

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
Import new transactions via hbci

Actual Results:  
kmm4 imports transactions as new that have been already imported before

Expected Results:  
kmm4 should detect that a transaction has been already imported.
