Just found what I was referring to.  It wasn't a bug, but a list item headed
Sluggish Response from twp weeks ago.  Several small issues were mentioned
there.

One I thought I'd highlighted, but again can't trace, is to do with redrawing. 
On Ledgers, If an investment item is opened to edit, and then closed/cancelled,
the screen is left with several blank lines beneath the now collapsed
transaction. Leaving Ledgers and then returning does not correct the display.
