It's OK now, more or less!  The major problem is no longer present, but there
may be a slight residue.

Switching from Ledgers to Payees, is nice and clean, but switching the opposite
way, to Ledgers, there's always a stutter.  There's a possibility that it's the
remnant of the screen 'bouncing' problem that Cristian worked on, but I can't
just trace that bug.
