When the "configure preferences now" button is pressed on the "Set Preferences"
page of the setup dialog, the configure dialog opens behind the setup dialog,
but can't be activated. I.e. the wizard dialog always takes focus back, even
when alt-tabbing to the configure dialog.

I would expect this to be either non-blocking, or for this to be launched at
the end of/after the setup wizard if that's not possible?
