The items of the forecast summary and budget forecast tabs are not cleared when
calculating new forecast.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1) open forecast view
2) select summary tab (or budget forecast tab)
3) press forecast button

Actual Results:  
Account tree gets added one more time for each click on the forecast button

Expected Results:  
Only a single account tree is required

Looks like the views are not cleared before the items are added again.
