[Kmymoney-devel] Manual chapters for FAQ and Installation

Hello all,

I will shortly be checking into svn two new chapters for the handbook.

Questions and Answers (is this really the preferred name, or should it  
be Frequently asked Questions?) will initially only have the first  
batch of issues from my notes.  I still need to add items from the tips  
list and from the faq list on sourceforge.

Installation is still pretty thin on content, but I intend to encourage  
installation by distribution packages if possible (with a note that it  
will take some time for them to be there.)  I'm hoping the section on  
compiling from source should not be too hard.

There are two other sections I could use some help with.

First, it seems worth a short section on claydoh's launchpad PPA for  
Ubuntu (just for KMM4 for here).  However, I don't know the history of  
why it was necessary, and I don't want to say anything inappropriate,  
so I'd appreciate some help with the best wording.

Second, I'd like to mention any non-Linux installations that are known  
to work.  I may still have the emails about the MAC app - but again,  
any more complete paragraph by somebody who knows that area better than  
I do would be greatly appreciated.
