There is no such thing as an export file; the importer reads the gnucash file 
directly. I'll send a sample one off list. Though if the Gnucash user is using 
the new database backend, they would have to save it as a conventional (XML) 
file before importing to KMM. Perhaps we should add a para to that effect.

See above; there is no such thing as an export process.

That's correct. I'll ,sort you out a Gnucash file with investments so you can 
get a screenshot.
