[Kmymoney-devel] Welcome and What's new page are now generated programmatically

After a small fix (corrected the path of the images in the findResource call) 
the "Welcome" and "What's new" pages are displayed correctly. Except from the 
small rectangle in the upper right corner of the white frame but I think that 
must be fixed in the css.
