[Kmymoney-devel] Welcome and What's new page are now generated programmatically

Hello all,
due to a suggestion from the translators, these pages have been changed to
be generated programmatically.
There is a new class, kwelcomepage, with 3 static methods which generate the
html code.

I have some issues with my chroot and it won't find the css, so I will have
to ask for your help if you find issues with these pages.
