Did you have kmymoney installed on your system when building the clean SVN 
(even the KDE3 version)? That's why I could compile from SVN. On my system 
"kmymoney/kmymoneycategory.h" (and the other headers) was installed in 
/usr/include which is used as an include path and thus the compilation was 
successful even with a clean sandbox but once I've uninstalled kmymoney from 
the system the compilation failed.

This is happening regardless of the designer plugin. That was just the initial 
problem that led me to discover this one.
