I guess that the developer docs will stay with the sources (no need to 
translate them :) ). To be able to build the developer docs I've added a cmake 
option named USE_DEVELOPER_DOC. Unfortunately the developer docs can't be 
created due to a build error so only enable this option if you are going to 
try to fix these errors :).
