[Kmymoney-devel] Missing things

In order for the manpage to be part of this process I moved it to the 
/playground/doc/kmymoney folder. I had to make it a docbook but I didn't 
manage to migrate all the data from the old manpage, I'll fix that until the 
1st of December. I also removed the doc folder from the source tree since it's 
no longer needed in the new system. We still need to decide what to do with 
the developer-docs.
