Hi,
The only way I know to build it with the localized files makes use of
a script that requires you to have a svn account. The createtarball
script checks for translations and then, as its name says, creates a
tarball for deployment. Other than that, you have to copy the files
manually. It's only one .po file in your case, so it's not much
effort, but I understand it's a nuisance compared to the old days.
