I think it should be 4.3 since we all worked on that version and I
don't think it's an issue for users since most distribution provide
4.3 as stable.

If this subject was mentioned I have a question about it. Are there
any plans to move libkleo to kdepimlibs and stabilize it? If not, I
think we're in a bit of trouble depending on KDEPIM at least from a
packager's POW (see the compilation problem on KDE4.4).
