A new feature for KMDI

Hi,

I have an idea that I wanted to implement for 3.4, but didn't had time.
I'd like to have the possibilities to have a toolview without a tab.Or
at least without a tab if it's the only toolview in his docking area.
This request is basicly for Quanta's user toolbars, which is a
QTabWidget. Right now it's always added to the top of the document
area, causing flicker when the user is switching between documents as
it's removed from the old one and added back (with reparent) to the new
one. The idea would be to put in the top-docked toolview. Just that in
that case it's very ugly to have 2 lines with tabs, something like
this:
|User toolbars| (the tab of the MDI toolview)
-----------------------------------------------------------
Standard | Lists | Tables| (the toolbar tabs)

I just wanted to mention on the list, so you know my intentions. ;-)
