Some of the ideas there reflect the state of thought at the time of writing, 
but if you ignore the comments on implementation the use cases still apply.

Note that some of those are also mentioned in the paper you have a copy of.

A web page will naturally at some point be relevant, but it's in my nature to 
not attempt to attract too much publicity until we've got a bit more to show, 
so it's not an accident that these things haven't gone up on my web space.
