Upstreaming ANGLE patches

Hi,

You have my permission to upstream the patches authored by me.

Mind that other patches that originated from Qt are GPL-licensed so I 
don't believe you can upstream them as-is.

There is also Dmitry's HDR patch. While I do wish to see it upstreamed, 
it may be non-trivial to get it into a state that can be accepted by 
upstream. I think you will want to skip that.
