API Script - to read CSV and generate images

Hi,

I need someone to write a script to:

-Read CSV file, with products info.
-Open template: and according to CSV pull price, sku, and other information
and create an image.
-Save this in differente sizes.

*Template would be a Photoshop doc, is it possible?
