Do we keep 4.4.3 32 bit Windows version on Download page

Hi team,

Yesterday I've updated the links on Download page to 4.4.5 -- they were 
still pointing to the 4.4.3 packages.

But here is a new issue -- since 4.4.5 we don't provide 32 bit Windows 
versions anymore. Do we keep the download links of 4.4.3 Windows (X86) 
packages on the Download page?

The Download button now still gives the 32 bit Windows users 4.4.3 X86. 
The All Downloads list still has them as well.

I can remove them if that's what we decided to do.
