Need you help with testing WinInk tablet support in Krita

Hi, all!

If you work on Windows and have a tablet supporting WinInk (basically all
modern tablets) I need your help with testing my experimental fix for bug
406668 [1].

Please follow the steps in this task https://phabricator.kde.org/T10935 and
report any problems you encounter! Until it is not too late to integrate it
into 4.2 release :)

I hope I'll manage to push it into 4.2 :)
