About summer internship

Hello i am sara student in cs forth grade
I love krita so much,  and i really want to be part of this amazing
software  . In this summer
I have an intermediate  knowledge in java, cpp, front end web, openGL.
 is it possible to help in these languages ?
If no how to improve what should I learn  ?
